At Werk, health & fitness isn’t about punishment or perfection—it’s about liberation, joy, and building strength on your own terms. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ folks, beginners, and others who may have felt alienated by mainstream fitness culture. My approach is rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment: no shame, no macho pressure, just consistent support and an accountability structure that works with your body and your goals. Whether we’re lifting weights or untangling limiting beliefs, we’re always moving forward—together.
