About Remy

Hey there — I’m Remy! I’m a lifelong educator, coach, and all-around champion of growth and self-discovery. My approach brings together curiosity, humor, and a deep respect for the many ways people learn, change, and thrive. Whether I’m helping someone tackle a new challenge, reconnect with their body, or rethink their habits and relationships, I’m here to make the process empowering and enjoyable.

I believe that progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about moving towards whatever’s next for you. My approach mixes accountability with play, structure with flexibility, and a healthy dose of “let’s see what happens.” I’ve spent years teaching, mentoring, and coaching people from all walks of life, and I love helping folks find their own rhythm — whatever that looks like.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me experimenting with new ideas, hitting the gym, crafting or singing off-key at karaoke.

Just getting started? This two-week intro package is perfect if you’re new to fitness, new to training with a coach, or just need a gentle but grounded way to begin showing up for yourself.

Includes:

  • 1 live video session (60 min): goals, movement screen, and Q&A

  • 1 personalized 2-week fitness plan

  • 1 form feedback video (client sends videos for feedback)

  • 1 email check-in with adjustments

    Price: $150 for 2-week package

Keep Werking

Ready to start building strength and consistency with expert support? This four-week program gives you a personalized training plan, weekly check-ins, and the kind of accountability that helps you keep showing up.

Includes:

  • 1 live video session (60 min): goals, movement screen, and Q&A

  • Customized 4-week training plan

  • 1 form feedback video (client sends videos for feedback)

  • 1 live 30-min check-in at week 2 (video)

  • Weekly email or chat check-ins

    Price: $300 for 4-week package

Werk Hard

You’ve got goals — now let’s build a plan that actually fits your life. This four-week intensive gives you a personalized training program, a full intake/progress session, and weekly 1:1 coaching calls to keep you on track, supported, and feeling strong as hell.

This option is great for those who want to hit the ground running, or as a continuation to either of the other packages.

  • Customized 4-week training plan

  • 3 live weekly 30 min check-ins in weeks 2, 3, and 4 (video)
